Spruce Group Opens the Guide House- The Swankiest Hotel in Center City

The Spruce Group is set to open a super cool 12-suite hotel at 1307 Locust Street in Center City.  The hotel- located in a National Historic Landmark- pays homage to the New Century Guild that once occupied the site. Here’s hoping that the Guild House helps Philadelphia’s hospitality sector rebound coming out of the devastating effects of the pandemic over the past year and a half.
